Jiya Pandya

Jiya is a PhD candidate in the Department of History and Program in Gender and Sexuality Studies at Princeton University. Her research examines how the concept of ‘disability’ travels and interweaves with that of ‘social disability’ in 20th century transnational social work and social welfare spaces. She also teaches and organizes around issues of caste, class, disability, gender, and sexuality.
